Russian ZIL trucks racing in Russia.
Truck racing in Russia is somewhat different than what we are accustomed to here in the US. During the Soviet era, cars were scarce but trucks were plentiful. People are people everywhere you go and people love to race anything they can get their hands on. And so, Russian truck racing was born. Since there were no paved tracks, the races were held on whatever dirt roads were available, resulting in the spirited cross country racing you see here.
